| LARRY A. HART SCHOLARSHIP ANNOUNCEMENT The Ohio Wildlife Officer's Lodge 143 of the Fraternal Order of Police and the Twin Valley Rod and Gun Club of Preble County would like to announce that they are taking applications for the Larry A. Hart Memorial Scholarship. This $500.00 scholarship is available to persons who are Ohio residents that have graduated, or will graduate from an accredited high school, and will enroll or are enrolled in an accredited college with a major in law enforcement or natural resources. This scholarship was established in memory of Wildlife Officer Larry A. Hart, a 30-year veteran of the Ohio Division of Wildlife. Persons wishing to obtain an application (Due: March 15) or contribute to this scholarship program may do so by contacting the Larry A.
